At Sub Pop Mega Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't hitting the right note, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are well-protected and apparel still has all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
